Refund & Cancellation Policy

Crypthon Technologies

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

At Crypthon Technologies, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality technology and digital solutions to our clients. We work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, timelines, and expectations before beginning a project. Because our services are primarily customized, digital, and delivered based on individual client requirements, our refund and cancellation terms depend on the nature, stage, and scope of the service or project. By purchasing our services, approving a proposal, making a payment, or authorizing us to begin work, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

  • 3D Modeling and Visualization

Business & Management

  • Staff Augmentation
  • Strategic Planning
  • Operations Management
  • Consulting and Technology Services

This policy also applies to any other customized digital or technology services provided by Crypthon Technologies.

The specific terms applicable to a project may also be defined in the proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other written agreement between the client and Crypthon Technologies. Where a signed agreement contains specific refund or cancellation provisions, those provisions will take precedence to the extent of any conflict with this general policy. This policy forms part of the billing terms and policies referred to in our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available on our website.

2. Customized Services

Most services provided by Crypthon Technologies involve customized work performed specifically for a client.

This may include:

  • Research and planning
  • Project strategy
  • UI/UX design
  • Development
  • Coding
  • Content preparation
  • Graphic design
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Third-party integrations
  • Advertising setup
  • SEO research
  • Technical implementation
  • Project management
  • Consulting
  • Deployment
  • Revisions and modifications

Once work has commenced, resources may have already been allocated to the project.

For this reason, payments for completed work, work already in progress, allocated resources, third-party expenses, or delivered digital assets may not be refundable.

3. Project Deposits and Advance Payments

Depending on the project, Crypthon Technologies may require an advance payment, deposit, milestone payment, or full payment before beginning work.

An advance payment confirms the client’s intention to proceed and allows Crypthon Technologies to allocate the necessary resources to the project.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • The deposit may cover initial planning, discovery, project setup, design, development resources, project management, or other costs associated with starting the project.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, the amount refundable, if any, will be determined based on the work completed, costs incurred, and obligations already undertaken.
  • Any unpaid amount for work already completed may remain payable even if the project is subsequently cancelled.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, Crypthon Technologies may consider a refund of the unused portion of the payment. However, any amount already spent or committed toward the following may be deducted from any applicable refund:
  • Third-party services
  • Software licenses
  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Stock assets
  • Plugins
  • APIs
  • Advertising platforms
  • Payment processing fees
  • Administrative costs
  • Other project-specific expenses
Where a proposal or service agreement specifies a different cancellation arrangement, the terms of that agreement will apply.

5. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If the client requests cancellation after work has commenced, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
Crypthon Technologies may calculate the amount due based on:
• Work completed up to the cancellation date;
• Development or design hours already used;
• Project management and consultation time;
• Third-party costs;
• Purchased licenses, subscriptions, assets, or services;
• Milestones already completed;
• Deliverables already provided to the client;
• Any non-recoverable expenses;
• Any other costs reasonably incurred in connection with the project.
If the amount already paid exceeds the value of completed work and non-refundable expenses, Crypthon Technologies may, at its discretion, issue a refund of the remaining eligible balance.

6. Milestone-Based and Pay-As-You-Go Projects

Crypthon Technologies offers a flexible, pay-as-you-go approach for many projects, where payments are linked to project stages or milestones rather than paid entirely upfront. The payment structure for each project will be set out in the applicable proposal, quotation, or agreement.

For larger projects, Crypthon Technologies may divide the project into multiple milestones. Examples may include:

  • Discovery and Planning
  • UI/UX Design
  • Development
  • Content Integration
  • Testing
  • Client Review
  • Deployment
  • Final Delivery

Once a milestone has been completed and approved, or work associated with that milestone has substantially been completed, the corresponding payment may become non-refundable.

Cancellation of a project does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for previously completed milestones.

7. Website Design & Development Refunds

Website and e-commerce development projects often involve significant customized work.

Once development has begun, refunds may not be available for:

  • Completed website designs
  • Approved UI/UX layouts
  • Completed development work
  • Custom coding
  • Theme customization
  • Plugin configuration
  • API integrations
  • E-commerce configuration
  • Content implementation
  • Database setup
  • Server configuration
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Other completed project work

If the client decides to discontinue a website project after work has begun, Crypthon Technologies will evaluate the project status and determine any eligible refund based on the work completed and costs incurred.

8. Custom Software, Utility Software & Mobile App Development

Custom software, utility software, and mobile application projects require substantial planning, development, testing, and technical resources.

Once development has started, payments associated with completed development stages are generally non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Architecture and technical planning
  • UI/UX design
  • Front-end development
  • Back-end development
  • Database development
  • API development
  • Third-party integrations
  • Mobile application development
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Deployment configuration
  • Technical documentation

If a project is cancelled, Crypthon Technologies may provide the client with completed deliverables where applicable, subject to the terms of the project agreement and payment of any outstanding amounts.

9. Digital Marketing, SEO & PPC Services

Digital marketing services operate differently from fixed development projects.

Services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and campaign management may involve work performed continuously throughout a billing period.

Once a monthly or campaign-based service has started, fees for the period may generally be non-refundable because resources and campaign activities may already have been allocated.

This may include:

  • Strategy development
  • Keyword research
  • SEO audits
  • Content planning
  • Campaign setup
  • Advertising configuration
  • Audience research
  • Creative preparation
  • Campaign management
  • Reporting
  • Optimization
  • Social media management
  • Account management

Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party advertising platforms are generally outside the control of Crypthon Technologies and may not be refundable by Crypthon Technologies.

10. Staff Augmentation, Strategic Planning & Operations Management

Staff augmentation, strategic planning, operations management, and consulting services are generally provided on a time, resource, or engagement basis rather than as a single fixed deliverable.

For these services, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Fees for time already worked, resources already assigned, or consultation sessions already delivered are generally non-refundable;
  • Where dedicated team members have been allocated to a client, the client should provide reasonable advance notice of any cancellation or reduction in resources, as specified in the applicable agreement;
  • Fees for any notice period stated in the applicable agreement may remain payable;
  • Plans, strategies, analyses, reports, and recommendations that have already been delivered are generally non-refundable.

Where fees have been paid in advance for a period or number of hours that has not yet been used, Crypthon Technologies may, at its discretion, refund the unused portion after deducting any costs already incurred.

11. Third-Party Products and Services

Some projects require third-party products, platforms, subscriptions, licenses, APIs, hosting providers, domains, plugins, themes, advertising platforms, or other external services.

Payments made to third parties may be subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.

Crypthon Technologies cannot guarantee refunds for third-party products or services where the third-party provider does not offer a refund.

Examples may include:

  • Domain registrations
  • Web hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • Software licenses
  • SaaS subscriptions
  • API usage
  • Cloud services
  • Stock images or media
  • Advertising platforms
  • Email services
  • App store fees
  • Payment gateway fees

Any non-refundable third-party expense may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund.

12. Client-Requested Changes

Crypthon Technologies generally provides clients with opportunities to review and provide feedback during appropriate stages of a project.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback.

Additional work resulting from changes outside the originally agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional payment.

Refunds will generally not be issued simply because a client changes their business direction, preferences, branding, strategy, or requirements after work has already been completed.

Where a change materially affects the original scope, timeline, or functionality, the project may require a revised quotation or change order.

13. Scope Changes and Additional Work

The original project scope is determined by the agreed proposal, quotation, statement of work, or written project requirements.

Requests outside the agreed scope may include:

  • New features
  • Additional pages
  • New functionality
  • Additional designs
  • New integrations
  • Additional revisions
  • New platforms
  • Changes to approved concepts
  • Major structural changes
  • Additional content
  • Additional marketing campaigns

Such requests may result in additional charges.

A request for additional work does not constitute grounds for a refund of previously completed work.

14. Revisions and Approvals

Where revisions are included in a project package, they must remain within the agreed scope.

Clients are expected to review submitted work and provide consolidated feedback within a reasonable period.

Once a design, feature, milestone, or deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent major changes may be treated as additional work.

Refunds are generally not provided for work that was completed according to previously approved requirements.

15. Delays Caused by the Client

Project timelines depend on timely client cooperation.

Delays may occur when the client fails to provide:

  • Required content
  • Images
  • Brand assets
  • Product information
  • Access credentials
  • Hosting information
  • Domain access
  • Feedback
  • Approvals
  • Technical requirements
  • Other necessary materials

Crypthon Technologies will not normally be responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.

Such delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.

16. Project Abandonment

A project may be considered abandoned if the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, approvals, or feedback for an extended period.

If a project is inactive for an extended period, Crypthon Technologies may:

  • Pause the project;
  • Reschedule the project;
  • Reallocate project resources;
  • Charge applicable restart or additional development fees;
  • Close the project;
  • Retain payments for work already completed.

Any remaining work after project abandonment may require a new quotation or revised agreement.

17. Refunds for Service Failure

Crypthon Technologies aims to deliver services according to the agreed scope, specifications, and project requirements.

If a client believes that a service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope, the client should first contact us and provide details of the concern.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, attempt to:

  • Correct the issue;
  • Provide reasonable revisions;
  • Complete outstanding agreed deliverables;
  • Provide an alternative resolution;
  • Discuss an appropriate commercial solution.

A refund will generally be considered only where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and where the circumstances justify a refund under the applicable agreement.

18. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund may not be available in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The client changes their mind after work has started;
  • The client no longer requires the service;
  • The client changes their business strategy;
  • The client fails to provide required information;
  • The client delays the project;
  • The client does not respond to communication;
  • The client rejects work that complies with the agreed requirements;
  • The client requests work outside the original scope;
  • The project has already been completed;
  • Digital files or deliverables have already been provided;
  • Third-party expenses have already been incurred;
  • Advertising budgets have already been spent;
  • The client purchases a service from another provider after work has begun;
  • The client experiences business losses, reduced sales, or other commercial outcomes that were not expressly guaranteed;
  • The client expects specific results that were not contractually guaranteed.

19. No Guarantee of Business Results

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, Crypthon Technologies does not guarantee particular business results from its services.

For example, digital marketing, SEO, advertising, website development, branding, software, strategic planning, and operations management services may contribute to business growth, but results can be affected by factors outside our control.

These factors may include:

  • Market conditions
  • Competition
  • Customer behavior
  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • Advertising platform policies
  • Economic conditions
  • Third-party platform changes
  • Client pricing
  • Product quality
  • Sales processes
  • Website traffic
  • Industry trends

Failure to achieve a particular sales, traffic, ranking, revenue, conversion, or business target does not automatically create a right to a refund unless that result was expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

20. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client should contact Crypthon Technologies by email at Contact@crypthontechnologies.com or by using the contact details listed in the “Contact Us” section below.

A refund request should include:

  • Client name
  • Company name, if applicable
  • Invoice or project reference
  • Date of payment
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Relevant supporting information

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the issue giving rise to the request.

We may request additional information before making a final determination.

21. Refund Review Process

Upon receiving a refund request, Crypthon Technologies may review:

  • The original agreement;
  • Project scope;
  • Payment history;
  • Work completed;
  • Deliverables provided;
  • Communication history;
  • Client approvals;
  • Project milestones;
  • Third-party expenses;
  • Current project status;
  • Applicable cancellation terms.

We aim to review refund requests fairly and consistently.

Where a refund is approved, we will communicate the applicable amount and refund method to the client.

22. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on:

  • The payment provider;
  • Bank processing times;
  • Card networks;
  • International payment systems;
  • Currency conversion;
  • Weekends and public holidays.

Crypthon Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions.

23. Currency Conversion

For payments made in currencies other than the currency in which Crypthon Technologies processes the refund, the final amount received by the client may vary due to:

  • Exchange-rate fluctuations;
  • Bank conversion rates;
  • Payment processor conversion rates;
  • International transaction fees.

Crypthon Technologies is not responsible for losses resulting solely from currency exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party conversion charges.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Crypthon Technologies before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If a client initiates a chargeback without first contacting us regarding a legitimate billing or service issue, Crypthon Technologies reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment provider or financial institution, including:

  • Agreements;
  • Invoices;
  • Project communications;
  • Delivery records;
  • Approval records;
  • Service usage information;
  • Other relevant documentation.

Nothing in this section limits a client’s rights under applicable law.

25. Subscription and Recurring Services

For recurring services, including maintenance and support plans, SEO, digital marketing, staff augmentation, hosting-related services (where provided), or other subscription-based services:

  • Cancellation should be requested before the next billing cycle where possible.
  • Fees already charged for a service period may not be refundable once that service period has commenced.
  • Cancellation will generally prevent future billing but will not necessarily result in a refund of amounts already paid.
  • Any outstanding balance for services already provided remains payable.
  • Specific subscription terms may vary depending on the service agreement.

26. Hosting, Domains, Licenses and Renewals

Domain registrations, hosting services, premium licenses, software subscriptions, plugins, themes, and similar services may involve third-party providers.

Once these services have been purchased, activated, registered, or renewed, refunds may be subject to the applicable third-party provider’s terms.

Crypthon Technologies does not guarantee that third-party fees will be refundable.

Clients should carefully review renewal terms where applicable.

27. Intellectual Property and Refunds

Where a client has received or obtained access to project deliverables, refund eligibility may be affected by the status of those deliverables.

If a refund is issued for a project or deliverable, Crypthon Technologies may require that the refunded work no longer be used, published, distributed, commercialized, or otherwise exploited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership and licensing rights may be governed separately by the applicable service agreement or project contract.

28. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If a payment appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or associated with suspicious activity, Crypthon Technologies reserves the right to investigate the transaction and take appropriate action.

Where necessary, we may cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, or relevant authorities.

Refunds related to unauthorized transactions may be handled according to applicable payment-provider procedures and legal requirements.

29. Exceptions

Crypthon Technologies may, at its sole discretion, make an exception to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in exceptional circumstances.

An exception does not create an obligation to make similar exceptions in future cases.

Any exception should be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Crypthon Technologies.

30. Consumer and Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Crypthon Technologies serves clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, and other countries. Clients who purchase services as individual consumers, rather than for business purposes, may have additional statutory rights in their country of residence, including rights to cancel certain contracts within a specified period.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those rights will continue to apply.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

31. Changes to This Refund Policy

Crypthon Technologies may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in our services;
  • Changes in business practices;
  • Changes in payment procedures;
  • Changes in applicable legal requirements;
  • Improvements to our customer service processes.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
